It is the last day before Hsiao-Chun’s 18th birthday, as she prepares to leave her hometown and become a college freshman. In her eyes, a sparkle reveals a bright future awaiting for her as she is about to leave her old room which she shares with a noisy and tormenting younger brother, Little Hsia.
Director Ke-Yin PAN
Ke-yin PAN’s directorial debut, my sister, was nominated for the 2021 Golden Horse Award for Best Short Film, and selected to the 2022 Osaka Asian Film Festival. His latest short, Daddy-To-Be premiered at the 2022 Kaohsiung Film Festival, and won the Housen Short Film Award Special Mention at 2023 Osaka Asian Film Festival.
