《下半場》We Are Champions
“We Are Champions” is a motivational sports drama released in 2019. The screenplay is adapted from a real event in 2015, when two brothers competed against each other on rival teams during Taipei’s High School Basketball League championship tournament. Directed by Jung-Chi Chang and starring Fandy Fan and Berant Zhu, the film follows the basketball-playing Gao brothers. In a single-parent household with few luxuries in life, the brothers dream of stepping onto the platform of the HBL championships. During a game of street basketball, they are discovered and recruited by coaches from rival high schools. What was once a close camaraderie and mutual support in life soon grows into the fiercest of competitions in the ball court. This film was honored by numerous awards, including Best New Performer at the 56th Golden Horse Awards and Best Director at the 22nd Taipei Film Awards.

《下半場》(We Are Champions) 是一部於2019年上映的運動勵志電影,故事取材自2015年HBL高中籃球男子組冠軍賽,分屬兩隊的高家兄弟在球場上對決的真實事件。由金馬獎最佳新導演張榮吉執導,范少勳、朱軒洋主演,劇情講述一對母親早逝、父親為生活四處打拼的兄弟,一無所有的他們只熱愛籃球,希望有天能夠一起踏上HBL的舞台,某天因為一場街頭鬥牛賽的精采表現被教練發掘,分別加入光誠中學、育英高中兩支隊伍,兩人也漸行漸遠,原本在生活上相互扶持的兄弟檔,最後卻成為球場上最強勁的對手。本片獲得第56屆金馬獎最佳新演員及第22屆臺北電影獎最佳導演等多數獎項。

Director Jung Chi Chang’s works span across advertising, films, and TV series, with a diverse and dynamic style. He excels at drawing inspiration from slices of life, finding novelty in human nature, and delicately portraying characters' emotions while maintaining a unique perspective. In 2023, Netflix series "Copycat Killer," ranked second globally among non-English Netflix series. In 2020, he won the Best Director award at the Taipei Film Festival for "We Are Champions." His debut feature film "Touch of the Light" earned him the Best New Director award at the Golden Horse Awards. His documentary "Summer" won the Best Documentary Feature at the Golden Horse Awards.
