About the Movie
In Chishang, Eastern Taiwan, lies the WildOne Wildlife Rescue Center—the region's very first wildlife hospital. This privately-founded sanctuary serves as a refuge for injured wildlife, fueled by the unwavering passion of a compassionate team. Together, they embark on a relentless mission to rescue and rehabilitate a growing number of animals. Yet, their path is not without challenges.
座落在台東池上的野灣，是臺灣東部第一間野生動物醫院，也是極少數完全由民間發起的野生動物救傷中心。這一群人，因為對動物的愛聚集起來，希望拯救更多野生動物，但，一切真能如此順利嗎？
截肢的穿山甲、失親的小山羌、落難的鳥兒們，一段段生命故事在此上演。在這裡，有拯救生命的喜悅，也有死亡無處不在的悲傷籠罩。
About the Director
Chiao-Wei Chen 陳巧薇
Chiao-Wei Chen graduated from the Department of Radio and Television at National Chengchi University. Her creative works span across various genres including narrative films, documentaries, and advertising short films. In recent years, she has predominantly focused on documentary filmmaking, showcasing a deep concern for the relationship between humans and nature. She believes that documentaries represent a gentle revolution.
政治大學廣播電視學系畢業，創作作品橫跨劇情片、紀錄片、廣告短片等領域。近年來多以紀錄片進行創作，在作品中展現對人與自然的關懷，相信紀錄片是一場溫柔的革命。
